Sidewalk Film Festival
The 24th Annual Sidewalk Film Festival presented by Regions Bank is back with a festival footprint that includes the Sidewalk Film Center and Cinema, the Alabama Theatre, the Lyric Theatre, the Carver Theatre, First Church Birmingham, the Alabama School of Fine Arts Dorothy Jemison Day Theatre, Recital Hall and Lecture Hall as well as the Steiner Auditorium at the Birmingham Museum of Art.

Birmingham Barons at Regions Field
Finishing up a home stand against Mississippi, you can catch the Barons at home this weekend.
When: Friday, August 26th, 7:05pm, College Football Kickoff and Friday Night Fireworks

Sunday, August 28th 4pm Family Day/Kids run the bases

Touch a Truck
Lots of different types of vehicles (huge ones) that children can come see, touch, ask questions, take a photo with the vehicle and perhaps sit behind the wheel. Several local Fire Departments, Police Departments, and Emergency Response Teams… will be there! Lots of fun. Come greet our community first responders and community leaders who take a special interest in our safety and the safety of our children

Birmingham Legion
