New Dora and Diego Exhibit at McWane this Summer!

As you may have heard, a new Dora and Diego exhibit is coming to the McWane Science Center for the Summer! We were fortunate enough to get a little sneak peek this week and it looks like it’s going to be a winner!

We took kids ages 2 up to 6 and each age enjoyed it immensely. Each center inside of the exhibit was spacious and over sized, which will be nice on those crowded days. What seemed to draw the most attention for our kids was the “Animal Rescue Center” where the kids are able to diagnose and treat the animals. Grooming future Veterinarians, perhaps? Other Centers include, Isa’s Garden, Tico’s Tree, Pirate Ship, constellations and more!

The exhibit features beloved characters Dora and Diego from Nickelodeon’s hit preschool series Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go!, along with their friends Boots, Map, Backpack, Isa, Tico, and of course Swiper, now in their own exhibit for children to explore as they learn and play along.

This new, interactive traveling exhibit, created by The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis in partnership with Nickelodeon, and presented by the WellPoint Foundation, will make its to the public on Saturday May 26!

There will be several events happening to celebrate the new exhibit, Including a Night Out with Dora and Diego and the Little Explorers Program
