Frogs for Families at Ruffner Mountain

To kick off the month where Ruffner celebrates nocturnal creatures, join them on a family-friendly frog and toad exploration hike to the Wetlands!

Meet at the Wetlands trailhead and walk one mile to the Wetlands. You will listen and identify the frogs and toads that you hear and talk about amphibians and wildlife of Alabama. We will then walk the one mile back to our vehicles in the dark. Headlamps and flashlights are welcome (red spectrum lights when possible).
