Another busy week in Birmingham! Make sure to check out the Veterans Day Parade tomorrow in Downtown. Looks like we’re in for a cold snap but luckily there are plenty of indoor events and storytimes to keep you busy. G2K Once Upon a Matress Kicks off at Red Mountain Theatre Company later this week, make sure to get your tickets for this adorable production.
In case you missed our Big announcement last week, our 5th Annual McWane Membership Drive kicks off this weekend, we’ll have a list of details coming later this week, make sure to keep an eye out! We’re hoping to make it the most successful drive so far!

Vulcan Park and Museum:
Vulcan is the world’s largest cast iron statue; made of 100,000 pounds of iron and 56 feet tall, he stands at the top of Red Mountain overlooking the city of Birmingham.
