Fresh Air Family
Gross Out Camp is a science / outdoor camp created by Fresh Air Family hosted at Barber Sports or the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, depending on the week.  This 9am-5pm camp keeps kids outside.  Founder Verna Gates says, “We guarantee dirty, tired children at the end of each day.”  I sent my daughter to the botanical gardens camp and can also add – happy to that list.   At $200 for non-members ($225 for members), this full day camp is also one of the most reasonable.
