Tis’ the Season!
It’s that time of year again… or if you’re like me, it’s been that time of year all year. Allergies and colds are here to stay. It’s always so frustrating trying to figure out which one you have, here’s a few tips:
Colds are typically cough, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, and sneezing. Sometimes there are some aches and pains and fatigue. Rarely there is fever and itchy eyes.
Allergies are typically itchy eyes, runny/stuffy nose, and sneezing. Sometimes there is a cough, sore throat, and fatigue. There is never fever or aches/pains.
Also, colds last 10 days or less, but allergies just keep on giving!
