Craft: Leaf Sun Catcher

Don’t you just love the colors of fall? We love watching the colors change as we get further into the season. We start mapping out our drive to go looking at the pretty trees. Here’s a fun craft you can do while taking advantage of those Fun Fall Colors!

What you need:

-Scissors

-Contact Paper

-String

-Embroidery hoop

-leaves

What You’ll Do:

First you want to cut your contact paper to size- a few inches larger than your embroidery hoop all around. Peel the backing off and lay flat with the sticky side up. Place your hoop on top and press your leaves in the desired pattern in the center. Cut another piece of contact paper and put it on top, pressing firmly from the center out for smoothness. Press tightly against the hoop and edges before adding the outer hoop and tightening screws. Trim the paper edges and add string for hanging.
