What you need:
25-30 Cotton Balls per beard
Card Stock
Sharpie
Scissors
Glue Stick
Tape
Craft Sticks
Xacto to cut out mouth (scissors will also work)
What you do:
Draw out a template (we did one free hand but you can google them)
Cut out beard
Cut out mouth (if your template calls for it)
Tape craft stick in the middle on the back
Use glue to cover front of beard then stick on the cotton balls
