The Birmingham Zoo’s beloved daytime Halloween event is returning for three weekends in October:
October 11–12, 18–19, and 25–26
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily
Families can expect more candy, more magic, and more fun than ever. Here’s what’s new and exciting this year:
10 candy stations throughout the Zoo — more than twice as many as last year!
Magic shows with Lathan’s Dazzling Magic at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.
Interactive animal shows at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at Gigi’s Porch in Alabama Wilds
High-energy Monster Mash dance party after the costume parade and contest at noon
Spooky tunes all day from DJs on Henley Lawn
Lawn games and tons of photo opportunities
Guests can enjoy event admission included with their Zoo ticket, or enhance the experience with a $12.95 Candy Trail wristband which includes:
Access to all candy stations
Unlimited rides on the Red Diamond Express Train
Unlimited climbs on the Full Moon BBQ Adventure Tower
Tickets to candy stations only (without the train or tower) are available for $4.95.
