Asian Heritage Festival

Celebrate the Museum’s latest exhibition Afterlife: Asian Art from the Weldon Collection during our Asian Heritage Festival! Enjoy art activities for all ages inspired by the cultures and traditions represented in our Asian art collection. The celebration will include art activities, storytelling, face-painting, and more. The festival will end with a very special Butoh Japanese dance performance in the auditorium.

Schedule:

• All day- Art Activities and scavenger hunt
• 11AM-12PM- Traditional Chinese music performance
• 1PM- Butoh in Birmingham performance
