They build confidence by rehearsing a short script written specifically for RMT, and they perform at the end of the week in front of a supportive community of family and friends. This Week’s Script is Penny Lane. Jude has to move to a brand new town with the oddest name – Penny Lane – and he is totally NOT into it. When his parents force him to meet some of the towns interesting characters (a Barber, a Banker, a Fireman, and a Nurse), he learns that if he just gives them a chance, he can get by with a little help from his friends. Penny Lane uses favorite Beetles hits in an original story.
