As a new Mom to baby #2, I have to say that things are still a crapshoot when it comes to getting a handle on everything. My brain is just as mushy as it was the first time. So, keeping up with how long it’s been since a feeding or a diaper change is already wearing me quite thin. But, I’ve stumbled onto a great little device to help me get through this “unique” time. The Itzbeen timer is just that.
This little device tells you how long it’s been! Armed with 4 push-buttons, labeled diaper, bottle, sleep and one for miscellaneous use, the timer is proving to be a treasure around our house – especially at 3 a.m. when I’m not sure what’s what. In addition, there is also a left/right switch for all you breastfeeders which takes the guesswork out of that too. Oh and the light, how could I forget the light. There’s an ultra-bright light on top to help you look around in the middle of the night, as well as a button to light up the display during those wee little hours of the a.m.
So far, this has proven to be one of the best gifts I’ve received. I was a little leary at first. I wondered if this would end up in the trash with the rest of the useless baby junk. Nope, not a chance.
