Pinspired Idea: Watermelon Cookies

We came across this idea on Pinterest from Beneath the Rowan Tree, and while we haven’t tried it yet, we will soon. This would be cute to make ahead of time for your Summertime Playdates or use it as an activity to do with the kids when you have everyone over.

All you need is a watermelon and some cookie cutters.

Slice your watermelon into pieces about 1″ thick. Cut out with cookie cutter of your choice. That’s it, it’s that easy. Pieces should hold up in the fridge for about 6 hours before serving and will be fine outdoors while the kids play.
