Create A Frozen Meme!
Get creative with one of the meme apps on your phone (mematic, Instameme…) or simply add text to a photo you already have (this photo can be of you, your child your pet… etc) Submit your ORIGINAL meme to: contact @birminghammommy.com for 1 entry.
