A loss of self-confidence and feelings of failure are common for mothers who experience a birth outcome that was not ideal. \nFor our November meeting\, we will be talking about how to practice compassion and kindness with yourself after a difficult or disappointing birth. (Spoiler alert: you’re going to be reminded that you that you ARE most definitely worthy of compassion and kindness!!) \nPartners and support people are welcome.
