This approach has several benefits for both mom and baby and can often provide a more empowering and satisfying birth experience for parents. \nWhether you’re planning for a c-section or hoping to avoid one\, it’s important that you know and prepare for ALL your options! Join us for our December meeting as we discuss the different options for a family-centered cesarean\, hear from mothers who have had one\, and talk about how you can make sure to include this approach in your own birth plan (whether that’s your Plan A or Plan B!) \nWe will also designate a time for birth story sharing and additional support. \nPartners and support people are welcome.
