DESCRIPTION:As one of only 22 county fairs throughout the state\, we are indeed fortunate that the Jaycees saw fit to begin this family tradition for Blount County in 1953. The Blount County Fair features a professionally managed and family-friendly midway full of rides to suit all ages\, as well as food booths from which you can get barbeque\, hamburgers\, hotdogs\, authentic Mexican cuisine\, and more…plus the traditional fair foods like funnel cakes\, cotton candy\, popcorn\, nachos\, and more! \n\nGeneral Gate Admission\, $5/person\nArmbands to Ride All Rides\, $10/person \nThursday-Saturday\, 5-11 PM*\n* Exhibit Arena Closes at 10 pm; Midway with rides open until 11 pm \n
