The Friday Five: New Year’s Weekend!

This is it!! The last Friday Five of 2017… Isn’t that crazy? If you’re looking for a few things to do to celebrate the last weekend of the Year, here are our picks!

  • The Story of Ferdinand – Barnes and Noble Summit and Patton Creek

All the other bulls love to run and jump and butt their heads together, but not Ferdinand. He would rather sit and smell the flowers. Then one day he is picked for the bullfights in Madrid. Join us to find out how Ferdinand fares in this classic story, in theaters now. Activities to follow.

  • New Year’s Eve for Kids at CHOM

Balloon Drop at 11am SHARP!! Hats! Horns! Tiaras! “Champagne” Toast!

  • Balloon Drop at Skates 280

Have a little family fun at Skates 280, open from 6pm – 10:30pm with a balloon drop at 9:30pm

Sunday, 6pm – 10:30pm

Brrrmingham! Ice Skating at Railroad Park

It’s the last weekend to take advantage of ice skating in Railroad park! Presented by Red Diamond Coffee and Tea, make sure to get out there and enjoy this family friendly activity while you can!

Will close for the season on January 1st at 9pm
