Community Night Out Vestavia

Community Night Out is an opportunity for first responders to network with local businesses, civic groups, churches and community volunteers in a symbolic stance against crime and the promotion of public safety. The event promises to be an opportunity for the community to come together for a night of free food, drinks and family fun.

VHPD will be launching a new community initiative in which we encourage pet owners to become part of the VHPD “Blue Crew.” The “Blue Crew” is an initiative to encourage pet owners to be vigilant while walking their best friend, have their cell phone handy, and report any suspicious activity immediately. We will give our partners a free “Blue Crew” leash, membership card and a photo op.
